Bill could barely get inside his car before his senses were overloading. If Buck could trust people who were convicted of crimes, why can’t I trust a good and capable person like Janice? Did I contribute to or maybe even create the entire situation with Janice? What would have happened if I trusted her? Would she have been at the store until midnight instead of me? Then his mind shifted to Buck. Does he really trust these people, or is it an act?
