But you can get too technical and miss out on the most important goal.” At that moment, the boomerang returned to him and he caught it between his hands — CLAP! “Making sure the ’rang comes back.” Janice thought, Kind of like loyal customers — you can get lost in processes and programs. Boomerang continued, “There are many different kinds of ’rangs — traditional, some with three blades, four blades, left- handed, right-handed — ” Bill interrupted, “I thought they were all the same.
